Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5–7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Yes! Just enter your email at the bottom of the page, and you'll be added to our subscription list. You'll be sent updates, exclusive offers, and much more.
Can I customize my item?
Yes you can, we offer 4 different color thread options: white, black, cream, and blue to embroider your item with any 3 initials you choose.
How do I customize my items?
- Select embroidery on the product page.
- Add your product to the cart.
- Once added, you'll see an option at the bottom of the cart page to add in your text.
- Please only add 3 initials, as we will ensure it is added to your product.
- Please note embroidery adds an additional 2 days to your shipping time.
Where is House of Pokarna located?
Our flagship store is at 1st Floor, Sri Vasista Apurva, Road Number 3, Green Valley, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Walk in for personalised styling, tailoring and ready-to-wear.
Do you offer made-to-order menswear?
Yes. Alongside our ready-to-wear collection, House of Pokarna offers made-to-order menswear. Visit our Banjara Hills studio or use “Book a Visit” to get started.
Can I book an in-store styling appointment?
Absolutely. Use “Book a Visit” on our site or message us on WhatsApp to schedule a personalised styling session at our Banjara Hills store in Hyderabad.
What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use premium fabrics chosen for comfort and a refined finish — our silk pieces, for example, are crafted from fine, lightweight material with a natural sheen. For details on a specific style, see the product page or ask us on WhatsApp.
How do I find my size?

How should I care for my silk garments?
Our silk pieces are dry clean only. Keep them out of prolonged direct sunlight and store on padded hangers to preserve their shape and sheen.
