Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5–7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I sign up for your newsletter?
Yes! Just enter your email at the bottom of the page, and you'll be added to our subscription list. You'll be sent updates, exclusive offers, and much more.
Can I customize my item?
Yes you can, we offer 4 different color thread options: white, black, cream, and blue to embroider your item with any 3 initials you choose.
How do I customize my items?
- Select embroidery on the product page.
- Add your product to the cart.
- Once added, you'll see an option at the bottom of the cart page to add in your text.
- Please only add 3 initials, as we will ensure it is added to your product.
- Please note embroidery adds an additional 2 days to your shipping time.
