GENERAL TERMS
House Of Pokarna Clothing LLP is a limited liability partnership having its registered office at Ground Floor, Building No./Flat No.: 105, Surya Towers, Sardar Patel Road, Hyderabad, Telangana- 500003(“Pokarna”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). Pokarna, through its Website and Application (collectively referred to as “Platform”), offers the following services (“Services”):
Design, manufacture and selling of running materials or clothing materials (“Products”);
Customization of Products as per the requirement of the User; and
Alteration services for Products purchased by and customized for both, offline and online Users.
Our website can be accessed at www.houseofpokarna.com (“Website”).
DEFINITIONS:
“User” means any individual or entity placing an order for Products through the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”).
“Order” means a confirmed purchase of Products by a User.
“Products” means clothing and fashion accessories available for purchase on the Platform.
“Business Days” means working days excluding Saturday and Sunda and Public Holidays in India.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing and Dispatch: After the payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that Your order is shipped as early as possible. Processing and dispatching of each order shall ordinarily be completed within seventy-six (76) hours from the date of order confirmation. Orders are processed only on Business Days. Any Order placed after regular business hour and/or weekends shall be processed on the next succeeding Business Day. In addition to our standard processing time, please note that “Made-to-Order” products, which require tailoring, embroidery, or other customisation work, shall be dispatched within seventy-six (76) hours from the date of final product approval by the User.
Delivery Timeline: The delivery of Products is dependent on the Pin/Zip code of the delivery location and the availability of the selected product. While We endeavour to deliver Orders within the estimated timelines communicated at the time of purchase, actual delivery may very based on courier service availability, local conditions and other circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.
Order Modification and Address Changes: Orders once confirmed are not subject to modification. Requests to change or update the delivery address will be accepted only within twelve (12) hours from the time of order placement and must be submitted via email to support@houseofpokarna.com. Any requests received after this period, or once the order has been dispatched from our facility, cannot be accommodated.
Delivery Restriction: We do not deliver shipments to P.O. box addresses, and we shall not be responsible for any delay, failed delivery, or non‑delivery arising from the provision of such an address by the Users.
Upon the dispatch of Your order, We will send SMS and email notifications to the contact details registered with Us, including tracking information to help You monitor the delivery status.
In the event that a Product You have paid for is unavailable or subject to a delay, We will proactively notify You within two (2) Business Days through Your registered mobile number or email address.
If We fail to ship the Order within the specified timeline, the order will be cancelled immediately, and a refund will be initiated in accordance with Our Policy. However, if the Order has already been shipped, cancellation will only be processed once the courier confirms that the shipment is being returned to Us.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
You receive a damaged or defective product, and a suitable replacement or exchange cannot be provided; or
The Product You ordered is unavailable, and We are unable to fulfil Your Order.
You may request a return or exchange for selected products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery (the “Return Period”), provided that the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and remains in its original condition;
All original tags, packaging, accessories, and any complimentary items (freebies) are intact and undamaged; and
The product was not marked as “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
Return will be picked from the same address where the Product is delivered. There are two ways to return the Product to Us: (i) In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request; or (ii) Self-Ship: In areas where our pick‑up service is not available, You may be requested to self‑ship the Product to the address communicated to You by Our support team. Note: Any delivery or shipping fee and Cash of Delivery (COD) processing fee charged at the time of placing the Order will be non-refundable in case of returns and cancellation.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within three (3) to seven (7) Business Days from the date of refund approval. A cancellation fee shall be applicable only if an eligible Order is cancelled after twenty‑four (24) hours from the time of placing the Order.
Once a return request is approved, Our delivery agent will attempt to collect the Product within two (2) to three (3) days from the date of the request. A maximum of three (3) pick‑up attempts will be made by Our delivery agent. If the Product is not successfully collected after these attempts due to the User’s unavailability or any other reason attributable to the User, the return request may be cancelled.
Products purchased during promotional offers or any similar deal where free products are provided, are not eligible for return or exchange. Products that have been customized or altered per Your request are not eligible for return, exchange or refund except in cases of proven manufacturing defect.
If a Product does not meet quality standards at the time of delivery, You must notify Us within twenty‑four (24) hours of receiving the Product. Notifications may be submitted via email, WhatsApp, or by visiting Our nearest store.
Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes regarding product condition or return eligibility, are not resolved within 30(thirty) days the parties may refer to arbitration and the venue of the arbitration shall be Hyderabad. Amendments: House of Pokarna reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated policies will be communicated through the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
